The Cleveland Plumbing Industry is always ready and willing to accept eager and capable individuals into the plumbing trade through our Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (J.A.T.C.) program.
Earn While You Learn!
Through CPI’s J.A.T.C. apprenticeship, our highly effective and modern training program, you can enter the plumbing industry and become a professional journeyman in one of our skilled trades:
- Plumber
- Pipefitter
- Sprinkler-Fitter
- HVAC Technician
Our apprentices EARN WAGES as they work in the field while working to their journeyman status. The highly rewarding career path can lead to the good wages and benefits received by a skilled craftsperson.
To join the CPI workforce, you will enter the J.A.T.C. five-year apprenticeship program and learn all of the aspects and skills needed to succeed in a complex and challenging trade.
While apprentices get paid while they train on the job, they also attend day and/or night classes.
